Am I right in thinking that, since the pedistal is a structure as defined in the NEC, that the feeders to the house need a main disconnect because there will be more than 6 throws of the hand?
I think 225.32 would require a disconnect on the house and if you are talking about a panel which presumably has multiple breakers in it then you would need a GEC as well because you probably dont meet 250.32(A). IMO it probably wouldn't have to be fused though.
Also, keep in mind that the conductors from the meter/main combo are now a feeder (not service conductors) and so will require an EGC in addition to the neutral.
