I need a replacement meter socket. The lid of the enclosure says SB Ancor, or SIB Ancor. Googled it and nothing came up.

Just trying to avoid removing the flush mounted enclosure, galvanized riser and all the other stuff.

Any info on this company or suggestions of a workaround are welcomed.

You should check with your POCO and electrical inspector to see if replacing only the guts is acceptable.

The interior of most meter cans is quite universal, even among different manufacturers, for the same type and amp rating of socket. No drilling or tapping required, most of the time. I have swapped out interiors on weekend emergency calls, but most all other times it calls for a new meter can or maybe even a new service.

In the mean time you may try Damitol to help with the headaches.
