MI Splice

For larger size single conductor MI cable Anyone familiar with when you would or need to splice? Not when you transition to THHN when you make terminations More curious about in the middle of a run. Thanks

We use a stainless steel splice box with an individual connector for each phase and Hypress crimp barrel couplers. They get insulated with a cold shrink. We also cut slots between the connectors.
