Anybody know how to open a Midwest MTS with the handle in the closed position without ripping the door off?

Most of the ones around here seem to swing open in the breeze and if they don't we just shut them off, open & do our thing.
I never found a bypass either, or don't remember it, which is getting easier all the time.

User Safety:
?Interlock allows door opening only when switch is in the off position
Padlock provision in all three on-off-on transfer positions
?Door has padlock provision
If there is one they aren't saying what it is. There used to be a slot on some switches
you could turn with a screwdriver and open it when it was on but I think that has been removed for safety reasons.
