I have it but must be honest, I haven't fully implemented everything it says. Turns out I'm not doing many large projects, mostly service work and smaller installs. But the things presented are solid if you apply them. I did use the labor units on a couple of jobs and it helped a lot.
The number one thing I remember from the videos was Mike stating "what ever you do, make sure you pay yourself"! Whether you succeed or fail you still need to be paid while you attempt to run a business.
If you do bigger jobs or even smaller houses it would be a good thing to use. It would also help to get the software program for take-offs to speed up the estimating. The videos are a little dated but still apply today.
