Minimmum Height for Panel Board Disconnecting Means and the Cabinet containing it

Hi, I am installing a 400A 480V panelboard and I was instructed to match existing heights. My question is does the NEC have a maximum height for a panelboard main disconnecting circuit breaker and are there any requirements (such as height) for the cabinet that contains the the panelboard?

404.8 provides for the maximum height of the switch (breaker) (6'7"). I know of no requirement for the panelbaord height itself.
