Minimum Cover of UG cables Over 600 Volts

Section 300.5 on Underground Installations seems to be aplicable to all cable voltage levels but Table 300.5 provides minimum cover requirements for cables 0 to 600 volts only. Where are cables over 600 volts tabularized or discussed? Thanks

Ownership of the cables matters. If they are owned by the serving electric utility, different rules are applied. :D
