Minimum distance between outdoor secondary unit substation and fence

I have a project with outdoor unit substation. Could you please tell me what the minimum distance between the station and fence around it? I remember it is 5 feet. But I couldn't find it in NEC. Thanks.

Assuming over 600 volts, 2005 NEC 110.31 describes height of fence to be 7ft. (or 6ft. with one foot three strand barbed wire). The table gives distance from exposed energized parts.
