minimum wire size for subpanel

I thought I had read where the minimum size ungrounded conductor that could be used for subpanel feeder was #6. I cant find that in the 2020 nec at the moment.
 
How about 225.39b. It sounds like its saying that the subpanel must be rated for at least 30amps if there will be 2 branch circuits. Therefore the feeders could be #10?

Realize that Article 225 covers a sub-panel in a remote structure.
