Plus you would have to suffer the embarrassment out in the open for all to see. Not to mention trying to explain to the POCO guy why you have a jumper from the neutral to the weather head.

Not specifically addressed in our code. I have used a metal weather head for SEU cable, never bonded it.

When you twist up your neutral and bend it down so it comes out the notch below the inserts it contacts the metal.

I guess it does. I usually use PVC, one job I did in SEU water traveled down the sheathing through the meter and right into the panel. The OP indicated some difficulty getting a PVC weather head. Pretty common item I would think.

I'm thinking that a metal weatherhead is not listed for use on a nonmetallic raceway.

That is how I see it. Other than that, they are usually up and out of danger areas and in reality this is sort of not an issue.
I have seen some with a bonding screw/lug and is possible those may be listed for use on nonmetallic raceway, if bonded.
