IS THERE ANYPLACE IN THE CODE BOOK THAT SAYS YOU CAN OR CANNOT PUT 120VOLT WIRES AND 277VOLTS WIRES IN THE SAME CONDUIT, IF THEY ARE ALL COLOR CODED, BLACK, RED, BLUE, AND WHITE FOR THE 120V AND BROWN, ORANGE, YELLOW,AND GREY FOR 277V AND ARE THE SAME 600 VOLT RATED WIRES??

Yes, you can do this. I don't have my handbook handy for a reference, but I do know there is a requirement that the grounded conductors of circuits of different voltages have to be marked as distinct from one another when they are run together. The handbook even has an illustration of this.

First please turn off The CAPS. It gives the impression you are shouting.

It is permitted to mix circuits provided you can distingush the circuits from one another, and the insulation are rated the same. What you are doing (color coding) is common practice.

Only if it is a multiwire branch circuit. 210.4(D). This will apply to all circuits where more than 1 nominal voltage system is present in the 2005, however. :)

Ryan, maybe I have overlooked something, but isn't safe to say if you have grounded conductors from two different systems in a raceway, that the ungrounded conductors should be with them? :confused:

Yes, that is a safe thing to say, but they might not be multiwire branch circuits. For example, If I have a 120 volt circuit and a 277 volt circuit, I could have a black and white for the 120 volt circuit and a black and white with red stripe for the 277 volt circuit and be compliant. Now, if I has 2 120 volt circuits sharing a nuetral and I also had a 277 volt circuit, I couldn't use black for all three ungrounded conductors.

Sorry about the caps, in further investigating and finally talking to the electrical inspector, in the 2002 code book Art. 300.3 C (1) It states 600volts, Nominal, or Less. Conductors of circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less ac circuits, and dc circuits shall be permited to occupy the same equipment wiring enclosure, cable, or raceway. All conductors shall have an insulation rating equal to at least the maximum circuit voltage applied to any conductor within the enclosure, cable, or raceway. Thanks for all of your answers.

However, keep in mind this does not apply to limited energy circuits, such as Art 725 types,even if they are all 600 Volt conductors.
See the FPN to 300.3(C)(1) and 90.3.
