I have 600A MLO meterstack with 4x 200A meter/breaker. The meterstack is fed from utility service conductor.

Under NEC 2017 Article 250.24(B) exception no. 1 would this be considered an assembly listed for use as service equipment so that one main bonding jumper is provided or it needs to be provided at each 200A meter/breaker?

Yes. See 250.24(C) exception 1. I assuming it's a listed assembly and SUSE, because of the way you're describing it used. Out of curiosity, is this a new meter stack that meets the requirements for each breaker to be in a separate compartment?

To clarify Don's point, to confirm it's a listed assembly and SUSE you look at the labeling and instructions. If it is, then 250.24(C) exception 1 would apply, which I think was your question.

This is new meter stack. Not sure what you mean by meeting requirements for each breaker in separate compartment. Below is the snapshot. Can you tell?

I think you are still on the 2017 so that should be compliant...it would not be compliant starting with the 2020.
