mobile food trailer

does anyone have any experience wiring a mobile food trailer? . I was shopping at home depot and this guy came to me and wants me to wire his mobile trailer , he is going to use a portable generator to feed the trailer. any inputs on this, I haven't done one of these yet.

Typically, a mobile food trailer has an rv plug on it. Check the voltage/ amperage of the unit to see what it needs.
