mobile home bonding?

I am going to apologize right now this is my first post on any website and if I had 6 more wits I would half witted. So here it goes. I have looked fairly close to art. 550 and I am not seeing where I should bond the frame of the mobile home to the 2 ground rods at the service. I am looking for some clarification.
