I moved to the West Coast (actually the Pacific NW) in late 1999, so that you guys out East would suffer the dreaded ?Y2K disaster? before me, and so that I would have more time and lessons learned from your pain, in order to more fully prepare for it.

Sounds like a question for the webmaster. Those topics are ones we use for adminstrative issues, for example if we get a suspected DIY post, we'll move it and find out more about the poster.

They weren't there last night, and I thought there might be a conspiracy floating around to hide the allready off-limits ultra-secret forums from us.

We weren't gonna say anything, but, being as how you're kinda onto the gig already anyway, this is the anomaly string:

It's used to decrypt the message that's embedded in the third E-mail you recieved on Nov. 8th '04.
We'll see ya on the interphasial forum at 1700.

Peter, forget about the password. I was just there and just like you said, no moderator and relocation topics. I clicked back again, and there they were.
I'm starting to think that anomaly string is a fabrication too.

Something else goofy just happened.
I opened the NEC page (freshly) and I thought I was in the twighlight zone.
The topics were in a different order and had different numbers of posts. I opened the page again and I was back on earth.
It doesn't bother me or anything but maybe the webmaster is interested.

Everytime I first open Internet Explorer, and go the the main page, it is refreshed. But if I look at a post, and go back to the main page, I have to do a "View", "Refresh" to get the recent posts. I figure its something to do with the settings in my internet explorer.

I'm aware of stored pages. That's why I said (freshly). And you're right, the question has to be asked.
Edit: But the number of posts was smaller, indicating an old page, rather than one from the future.
