Modular Furniture and Feeding underground

With the new COVID situation goin on, we are looking at doing a large 76,000 sq. ft. office building, one of the concerns of the Architect is that post-covid requirements for social distancing and how cubicle set up could be changed. With that being said the question I have and looking for experience in this realm, is that given a particular layout of about 160 floor boxes to accommodate for all the cubicle spaces, they are afraid to lock in floor box locations. Therefore the slab can not be poured and there is a push to do so. What products are out there to allow for most flexibility in the floor with minimal floor slab junction boxes that we can install in slab to accommodate for the cubicles?

I have researched WalkerDuct but seems we still have to have precise locations to feed the beast of the cubicles. We've talked about power poles, but take away from the open concept. What other systems are out there? A typical cubicle set would have 10 - cubicles per run, I'm not overly concerned with the power as we are talking only a few wires essentially for the power side, but the data if each need 2 cat-6 cables could put me in a pickle to need more "connections" to partitions. What your thoughts?

Thanks in advance. *See attached of cubicle layout per one part of the buildCubicle snapshot.png

If you want flexibility then something like Cordeck (which is like the old Walkerdeck) which was popular in the 70's and 80's is the way to go. It actually built into the steel metal decking.

I like this idea on the 2nd floor, but most of the concern is on the first floor slab on grade, with a vapor barrier due to contaminated soils. Any thoughts on that?

Not sure maybe a rat slab first and then the Cordeck on top of it. I would guess that the manufacturer might have a solution.

I saw this Gridd system at a NeoCon show in Chicago and it looked interesting. It's reasonably low profile. I don't know what the cost or availability would be.
