I came across a panel the other day that was wired in all black #12 and #10 USE including neutrals and grounding conductors with no marking tape!

I took this in a hospital remodel. I can't find the rest. They were located in patient rooms. The rest are single strand wire for a door security system. Later in the job the same security company put a couple of those beloved blue carlon drop-ins in a 2 hour fire rated wall.
