More Tork timer issues. Really disappointed in NSI.

I posted recently about problems with Tork 1109 mechanical timers; basically that I've had to warranty replace every one I've installed over the last year or so.

Today I installed the first of five Tork digital timers I bought. My main supplier switched to Tork and that's what they're quoting on all of my projects instead of Intermatic. So anyway, I'm going to attach an iCloud link to a video I took today of this timer and you can see what its doing. These are $1k timers. Quality is no longer a concern at NSI.

For those that can't watch; its a 4-channel digital timer, and the loads randomly cycle on/off repeatedly. Even in override function.

edited link to use imgr instead of iCloud....

Did your first 2 channels get accidentally set to signal mode?

No. First thing I checked.

The warranty replacement came in yesterday, it does the exact same thing. I didn’t even set a program on the replacement, just the date and went straight to override. Tork support said I need to find a timer with a different date code.

Sending all the Tork stuff back and supplier is ordering me Intermatic. I’m done buying Tork products. Idk why my supplier even switched brands. I’ve replaced EVERY Tork timer I’ve installed under warranty over the last year or so.

Also, they don’t switch like signal mode. It’s completely random off/on timing. And all four channels are doing it.

Yeah sounds pretty frustrating, these are the kinda problems that got me into building custom control panels.
