I really want to learn about MCC.
For ex: where to use?, how to size? What are the factors needs to be consider during design process.

That is a very broad question. Start with the definitions in the NEC code book, and then we can start from there.

first off are you an electrical eng, just wondering, most ee's know about mcc's
because of sizing.
at my plant we do preventive maintenance on mcc's, we have a crew that installs them, but most of the calculations are done by the ee

They're used when you have a bunch of motors to control, and you need to control them from one convenient location. They're sized based on the total load (per NEC) with allowances given for future expansion. The factors needed to be considered during the design process are: how many motors? what are their characteristics (type, size, horsepower, etc)? will there be any future expansion?

Nothing scientific about this other than the calculations involved in sizing the individual control "buckets" and the MCC itself, as well as the feeders to the MCC.
