Does 430.102 B 2 allow me to use the 24 volt coil voltage to disconnect 4- 11 amp 480 volt motors from a motor controller ? Which in this case is 4 - 3phase contactors arranged with a single feed circuit as long as it is in sight of the motors .

I've never seen that. Most every one is a manual operated disconnect switch,

Your post says the four motor disconnects have a single feed. So, where is the controller and overloads?

Take a look at the diagram on the first page of Art 430. If your installation does not match that, maybe give us a sketch

Some contactors can be closed manually for testing purposes. I would not want to rely on a contactor as my motor disconnect when I need it locked out.
