Motor Horsepower ?

I have a Baldor Motor that is on an air compressor and the namplate is as follows:

HP 5/3 DP
Volts 230/460-190/380
Amps 14/7-11/5.5
HZ 60/50
Ser F 1.15
PH 3
Code H

I am assuming the motor is a 5 HP if connected at 230/460 and a 3 HP if connected 190/380 @ 50HZ
I would like to replace it with a single phase motor that is equivalent
