Motor Rated Toggle Disconnect

The symbol on the electrical drawings indicates a toggle disconnect but then note #3 on the mechanical schedule, I'm thinking the disconnect may be provided by the mechanical guy. Thoughts?

I would agree with that. Most don't catch that. I look for it every time.
A lot of times they don't. I always check there submittals and bring it up before it's an issue. Share that info with your PM and foreman.

Watch for a valued engineering request. That is where they get ya.

That the switch is supplied by whom ever supplies the equipment.
Other wise it would say by ec.
If your supplies the equipment I would say you. If some one else, them. The way I read it was it comes with the equipment already installed. Not a box that is handed to you formen to install.
