Having to put an estimate together to move 400A of 208/120 down a wall about 100ft. There is a large transformer already set at the take off location at 208/120 but the service entrance is right there too so I can snag 480/277 from there as well. I have not evaluated voltage drop yet but mostly looking at wire/pipe size comparisons. From the end point, we will need to install a load center and tap out of that to serve multiple machines. With combined operation, the full 400A could be realized.

So we can either move 180A/480 down the wall, set another transformer, etc. Or move 208/120 out of the existing transformer.

Just looking for some opinions. I am not yet sure what switch gear we have that can be repurposed. I say that because at some point, a thief started cutting wires and removing stuff, damaging a lot of it.
