MSHA Ground Test at Rock Quarry

What is the procedure used and the meter used to perform a MSHA ground continuity test at a rock quarry ??

We used to do it for a gravel pit and used a Megger as a way to do a glorified continuity test and type up the results for the owner to put in a file. MSHA doesn't give any guidance on what kind of test should be done, just that you need to do an annual ground test.
