3 phase and shared neutral in a conduit consider multiwire branch circuit.

The interpretation leads us to belive that a shared neutral for consequtive circuits such as 1,3,5 or 2,5,6 can not be used unless it is 3pole circuit breakers. Not even three group of receptacles in different areas. To use 1 pole 20 amp circuit breaker for a group of (6) or (7) receptalces, a dedicated neutral is to be run and shared neutral is not acceptable unless 3 pole c.b. is used, is that correct?

Common neutral with single pole circuit breaker is acceptable for lighting and outside branch circuit, is this correct?

No. If you share a neutral you must use a dp or 3 pole breaker or a breaker with handle ties,
