Not true doesn't split 50 50 splits according to circuit make up.

Correct, but on average it tends to be close. Whether the split is 90/10 or 40/60 depends on the length of each circuit and the load on each circuit. However the concern remains the same.

Correct don't tie neutrals together ! Keep circuits separate from each other!
