Multiple Feeders in same raceway

Does the NEC allow multiple Feeders to be run in the same conduit. I have a situation where I'm installing two 3/0 480 V 3phase feeders from the same Switch Gear to separate Disconnects approx. 500' from the Switch Gear underground and I only have one 4" conduit. The electrician says NO, but I can't find it in the NEC.

Can someone help?

The NEC does not prohibit that. However you take a big derating hit when you do.

If the conductors are already oversized for voltage drop that derating might not be an issue.

Multiple Feeders in same raceway

The two 3/0 feeders feed loads of approx. 60 amps each. So it meets and exceeds the derating.
