In a three phase panelboard, do you need a three phase breaker if you share a common neutral with all three phases?
 
Depends on the code cycle that you're under. 2008 the answer is yes or a handle tie.
 
Three basic questions in a row from the same person that looks like homework ? Where are these questions coming from at of the blue?
 
If in a shared pipeline with other circuts, multiwire branch circuts need to be grouped (tie wrapped with nuetral)when they enter panel

That's only if they're from a conduit with other circuits. A single MWBC in a raceway or MWBC that is contained in a cable does not require grouping.

Do they make a handle tie approved for 3 breakers? I've heard that there isn't any approved for that just yet. One of the manufacturers is suppose to have an approved one sometime in 2009.
