In a three phase panelboard, do you need a three phase breaker if you share a common neutral with all three phases?
conductors need to be grouped together in panel also
Three basic questions in a row from the same person that looks like homework ? Where are these questions coming from at of the blue?
If in a shared pipeline with other circuts, multiwire branch circuts need to be grouped (tie wrapped with nuetral)when they enter panel
What is your Code reference?
I knew it was new for 2008 I just could not find it.210.4(D) this is new to the 2008 NEC.

Thanks.

Depends on the code cycle that you're under. 2008 the answer is yes or a handle tie.
Do they make a handle tie approved for 3 breakers? I've heard that there isn't any approved for that just yet. One of the manufacturers is suppose to have an approved one sometime in 2009.
SQ D does, I'm not sure about others.

It's also a YES if the neutral-sharing conductors supply the same load.I'll go out on a limb and say NO, BUT you would need a handle-tie covering all three breakers or handles.
