MV Vault Grounding

Hi,

Is there anywhere in the NEC that requires electrical vaults to be grounded? Someone referenced 250.110 but does this apply to electrical vaults?

We have MV vaults which have no splicing and non-metallic cable supports. The only conductive components are the ladder, pulling iron, etc. I don't see anywhere in the NEC that requires this to be grounded.

Can someone please confirm?
