Glass half full. The romex connectors are not over filled. Staples not to tight. Lots of cooling air space. What more could a home owner want ?? Fire ,Smire, safety is over rated.

Other than not being able to see the MBJ screw, I cannot see anything else that may be an issue. I see panels like this for temporary on almost every job...it must be right!!! :grin:

Didnt you know about the Magic Arc Fault Rated Tape? If the wire nut connection becomes loose the magic tape will contain the arc that will be created.

That was my first thought as well. It seems very salvageable if someone with a littlke workmanship got in there for an hour or two
