If you were not half way across the country, I would swear I have seen that house. I love the connector on the LB in the attached photo.

Is that Seal Tight going to that LB? Love the compression fitting inside the box. The panel access is special too.

Nice use of rigid nipple in the top of the lower box

Don't quite understand the use of the two breakers

The use of a steel throat emt connector instead of a chase or close nipple to the LB shows me he is not afraid to use high priced material. The romex going into the pipe insulation in pic 1 is priceless .

Kinda crooked, one or the other.... wonder how that affects grounding.

as long as they leave the washer lid down so you can stand on it I don't see a problem
