N. FL registered limited energy exam

I would like to start a small co. installing home theater/flat panel TV mounting etc. I have been told that I need a limited energy license; however during my search I have been unable to find definitive information on the requirements. Some state that a license is only required if installing electrical cable while others state a license is required when running *any* cable through a wall. Does anyone know where I can obtain correct information on the requirements for Clay, Duval and surrounding counties?

You will be required to obtain an "ET" License, which is a "registered electrical specialty contractor", low voltage system specialist (class code 069)

A "registered electrical specialty contractor" may contract only in the cities and/or counties for which his or her registration is issued.
