Name of wire attachment to transition from overhead to underground distribution line

Some poles/posts use a type of wire attachment to connect an underground insulated wire to an overhead bare wire in a distribution line, after a cut-out fuse. The attachment seems to have disc insulators that are flexible (not ceramic/glass).

I've seen it when an overhead distribution line needs to transition to underground. The wires run through vertical conduit, parallel to the pole, until they reach underground.

Here's an image. It's the red insulator:

I'd like to know the same of that attachment.

I don't think they are stress cones. They look like just rain sheds.

The bulge at the bottom of the red is the actual stress relief part of the termination. The rings just provide extra surface distance to prevent tracking across the insulation when the dirt and dust on the installation gets damp or wet.
