The way that drive is wired in the 2nd photo looks worse then some of drives being used to repurpose 3Ø woodworking, & metalworking machines in home shops & they are not pretty.

I do assume that they used SO cord or equivalent to wire the motors?

The obvious ones
- Lack of OCPD on the added taps to the main distribution blocks in the cabinet
- SO cable exiting cabinet without proper cable gland for strain relief
- Missing bubble cover on the right GFCI
- Cables not secured or strain relieved to the VFD on the wall
- SO used in place of fixed wiring method
- SO not properly secured
- BX clamps used on SO
- Working space violations

Is the bubble required in a 'vault?' I'm assuming it's a protected room/pit/etc.

It looks fairly dry in there-- Is there a floor drain just in case?

Also looks at least 'broom clean--' no major scuz accumulation (although there's some grit in the bottom of the panel enclosure).

Appears to be an older installation-- at least 3 hand valves, as opposed to quarter-turn handles.
