NEC 1996 Tabs

You are likely best off buying a more current set that are widely avaible and making them work as best as possible. OR MAKE YOUR OWN.

I own a 1996 NEC in loose leaf form with tabs. I don't remember why I bought it that way, but i've never done it again. I also have a 96 soft cover.
The loose leaf, dosen't look like I used it too much, probably because it's a little cumbersome.
