Does NEC 2008 725.136D allow a 120V branch circuit to a control panel to only power a 24V dc power supply. Other wiring in enclosure includes 24V fire alarm SLC wiring and 24V dc wiring.

As long as all components in the enclosure are part of the same system. Also you need to make sure you meet the requirements of 725.136 (D)(1) & (2).
