Attached Trough pdf. Can you bond the 14x14 trough as shown on the attached pdf to main service disconnect and CT cabinets and panels per NEC 2014 Article 250.118(13)?

It is on the load side of the service disconnect, so the code will permit that installation. Not sure I would do it that way, but the code says it is ok.

Are you using the raceway as your equipment ground conductor? Seems a bit odd not to carry a ground conductor from your 1600A service. What happens when someone forgets a locknut.

They are supposed to be electrically continuous anyway.

Same thing that happens if you don't have metal raceways or enclosures and an EGC fails for some reason.
