Attached sketch shows Panel A, Panel B, Panel C, Panel D which have main breaker and are service disconnects.
Top part shows layout location and bottom part is the single line. Panels A to C are outside building wall attached but Panel D is inside building wall back to back of Panel B and Panel C.
The question is would Panels A to Panel D be considered grouped per code?
