Attached sketch shows GEC from each service disco going to GES. The GES shown right side of sketch is ground bus bar that has all the individual bonding jumpers from each grounding electrode connected to it.

The sketch also show incoming in trough one service 4 sets of 600kcmil and from trough 4#3/0 awg to first service disco, 4#600 kcmil to 2nd service disco and 2 sets of 600kcmil to third service disco

Questions;

1. NEC 2017 section 250.64(D)(2) tells how to size the GEC from each disconnect but does NOT mention how to size the GES bonding jumper based on what incoming service conductor to trough 4 sets 600kcmil, each indivdiual service conductors to disco 3/0, 600kcmil or 2 sets of 600kcmil? Understand 250.53(c) points to 250.66 but table 250.66 is not clear regarding above configuration.

2. Can the ground bus bare be located in trough line side of the service disco or not? Any code that says it cannot be?

3. Can you form GES by connecting each GEC from grounding electrode to it? Is their any code section that does says you can or cannot do it?
