1) Dishwasher - 208V/3PH, 54 FLA was wired to 70A/3P non GFP breaker in 208/120V, 3PH panel.
Panel is 42KAIC. What is the least cost solution to comply with NEC 210.8(D) for GFCI protection
for this dishwasher without replacing 70A CB with GFP CB?

2) Also, under 210.8(D) requires 208V/3PH, 50A electric ranges to be GFCI protected. The range stays under
kitchen hood need to be shunt tripped (NFPA 96). Combination of GFCI/shunt trip CB is not standard. To meet codes
(shunt trip and GFCI), I assume we will feed the range from a shunt trip CB in panel, and have enclosed CB with GF
protection connect to same circuit but install the enclosed CB near the range, the enclosed CB will act as local disconnect?
Are there any other solutions to meet codes?
