I have a Multi Family Dwelling unit building (60 units, they each have cook top equipment).
Can the Dwelling unit panel / feeder (120/240v single phase) be calculated with NEC 220.82 (Using (A) thru (C)), then the distribution panel / feeder serving (10 units) be calculated with Table 220.84 (Demand Factor of 43 percent).... if calculated per (C)(1) thru (5)?

Essential two separate calculations:
Calculation No.1 (220.82) applied to the unit panel and feeder only.
Calculation No.2 (220.84) applied to the distribution service panel / feeder for 10 units total units.

Thxs.
