If cables and cords are based on 85 degree such as a copper SOOW cord 3 wire plus ground #4 AWG being rated at 60 amperes before derating how or where do I find derating table?

Table 400.4 table does not give derating info for ambient temp correction?

Table 310.16 doesn’t cover this either?

Ampacity adjustment
Where the number of current-carrying conductors exceeds three, the ampacity of each conductor shall be reduced from the three-conductor rating as shown in Table 400.5(A)(3)
Ampacity Correction.
Where cords and cables are used in ambient temperatures other than 30°C (86°F), the temperature correction factors from Table 310.15(B)(1)(1) that correspond to the temperature rating of the cord or cable shall be applied to the ampacity in Table 400.5(A)(1) and Table 400.5(A)(2).
