NEC 450.3(A) interpretation for MV transformers

NEC 450.3(A) allows up to 600% of FLA for CBs for primary side protection of transformers with 6% or less impedance. I have a 1200A rated CB with LSIG settings feeding the primary side. Does the 600% value refer to the long time setting?
