I have physical thearpy with two treatment rooms. They provide massage physical thearpy by physical therapist in those room bit call ot treatment room.
Do I need to provide redudant grounding per NEC 2014 Article 517 in those treatment room?

Well search and physical thearpy is either basic or general care. I am guessing 517.13 A and B applies?Since you know where its at in the book, take a gander at 517 definitions after you have read 517.13(A)- you should have your answer.

This is physical thearpy people with broken bones or soar neck they perform excerise on trademill other rooms or do massage by physical therapist.Here's the deal- if this institution that you speak of meets the criteria for being defined as a healthcare facility per 517 definition, then yes, 517.13 A and B would need to be followed.
Sharing more details here about what this facility is would be more helpful--- there many gyms that do PT, and a gym wouldn't be considered 517 applicable
