NEC 695 Conduit to Jockey Pump in EMT with JB

Does a junction box in a fire pump room have to be sealed, aka waterproof for the jockey pump feed if it is in EMT within the FP room? Let's say it comes out of the jockey pump controller in EMT, runs up to the ceiling, has a standard 4"sq JB and EMT continues to the jockey pump. What say thee?
