annex D examples:
1. why is it in the single family load calculation (d2a) the demand factor from 220.42 is applied to the neutral feeder but in the multifamily dwelling calculation (d4b) the demand factor is applied to the feeder calculation and not the neutral.
2. are you only allowed to apply the demand factor to either the neutral or the hot, but not to both, in a neutral and hot load calculation?

I don't see the demand factor from 220.42 being applied in either D2A or D4B. Both of those examples are using an Optional Calculation.
