I get you 90.7 " factory-installed internal wiring or the construction of equipment need not be inspected
at the time of installation of the equipment" 100% clear on that one.

The question is if "equipment" includes
cables are routed through conduits below the computer floor and in the ceiling.
and all the variables that involves.

This is where "factory-installed" is talking about factory representatives. The wiring in question is installed by the manufacturers personnel on site, IOWs the factory is the room the equipment is in. These cables are not installed by the EC. If you can get a set of design drawings for any x-ray type room there is a legend that shows what is the customers responsibility to have ready and what the manufacturer will install. Conduit lengths are critical because the cables have maximum length for use and many times arrive on site precut with modular connectors on the ends. This will mean the customer may have to supply a 4" conduit for a cable the size of a #4 so the connector can be pulled through it.

Ok I 100% agree with that. 300.1(B) also covers integral wiring not installed by the factory.
