Doubtful. I suspect there isn't enough demand for it.

I hope you aren't serious. :)

Think about how much trouble we native speakers of Engish have when we argue about what a particular section of the code says in English. Software translations are crude at best, and crude is not what we want when we're talking about a document that usually has the force of law.

I used to do translation work for a law firm, and I can tell you how difficult it is to translate law from one language to another. I would be very suspicious of any translation that was done by software.

I think that is easier to read than the NEC. Perhaps we should adopt it? :D

In Italian?!? Now, that's raising the bar... :)

c-h,
This seems to be true.
Using
http://dictionary.reference.com/translate/text.html
[which is an excellent, web-based, FREE translator by the way] I get:
Here is an example:
In Italian:
47157-64 Presa bipolare reversibile con contatto di terra adatta a spinotti tondi per corrente alternata 16A 250V ESECUZIONE SPORGENTE
In English:
47157-64 Taken bipolar reversible with earth contact adapted to round wrist pins for alternating current 16A 250V EXECUTION SPORGENTE
