nec question

are diesel dispensing pumps, located seperately from gasoline dispensing pumps considered a classified location?

I have always been told diesel does not have low enough flash point to be classified, so usually not a hazardous location.

This information is in some other NFPA publication and not the NEC, I'm sure someone can lead us to the right one.
